City of Langford

City Centre Park

4City Centre Park, located in Canada’s fastest growing community, hosts close to a quarter of a million visitors annually. Home to the Canadian National Rugby program, Rebels Football, and local soccer, hockey, and other youth sport programs, City Centre Park is one of the most used sports facilities in the province.

Built on industry-leading practices and technologies, park facilities are focused on energy efficient and environmentally friendly features – such as exporting heat from the new Westhills Arena to supply homes in the neighbourhood, keeping utility bills low for both the arena and our neighbours.

Westhills Arena

Finished in 2011, the 376 seat Westhills Arena has an NHL-size ice surface and 5 team dressing rooms for use by adult and youth hockey leagues, figure skaters and others. The arena also features a one-of-a-kind ice river connecting with an outdoor skating pond, and for trade shows and similar events can accommodate close to 1,000 people.

Our two artificial turf fields have been tested and rated for international competitions by the International Rugby Union, ensuring all field users have an exceptional playing experience. Westhills Stadium, our main turf field, has a capacity of approximately 2,200 seats including ten luxury boxes, while Goudy field can host over 1,300 seated spectators.
